PAY REVIEW BONUS
We want our team members to spirit the mindset and reap the rewards of entrepreneurship. Our team members take a quarterly competency assessment.
If they meet expectations they a get $50 bonus.
If they exceed expectations they get a $100 bonus.

CUSTOMER REFERRAL BONUS
We offer our clients a $100 bonus for any client that signs up for a recurring landscape maintenance program via their referral.
TEAM MEMBER REFERRAL BONUS
The Poroscape referral program for current team members has the opportunity to provide bonuses of up to $250.
Current team members have the potential to earn a referral bonus for successful new hires that they recommend.
Program Rules

Receive $100 on the day the referred new hire starts, and an additional $150 on their 90th day of employment

REVIEW BONUSES
Feedback is vital in order for us to constantly evolve and best serve our client partners. Therefore, we offer our team members a $25 bonus for every Facebook or Google review that you are able to recruit.

Loyalty Bonus Details

$50 once the new hire has been employed for 30 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion

We offer our team members a $50 bonus for any apprentice who spots a legitimate add-on opportunity.
